Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. All items are eligible, provided they are unused. We do not add category or clearance exclusions, and we do not charge a restocking fee. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us even if it does not meet the normal unused-item condition.
How to request a return or exchange

- Follow the instructions provided by our support team.
- Return the item to TRUEVALUE MARKET LLC, 187 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642, United States, as directed.
Contact us before mailing an item. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.
Shipping costs
- Personal preference or change of mind: You pay the cost of shipping the item back for a return or exchange.
- Exchange delivery: We pay standard shipping to send the exchanged item to an eligible address.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective items: We cover both return shipping and standard shipping for the replacement. Contact us for prepaid return instructions.
Because customers pay return shipping for personal-reason returns and exchanges, we do not describe this policy as free returns. Original standard delivery is free for eligible orders.
Refund timing and method
After receiving and inspecting your return, we process approved refunds within 3 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. If you need a refund update, contact us with your order number.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on available inventory. If the requested replacement has a different price, we will confirm the price difference with you before proceeding. If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss a refund or another available option.
Cancellations and order changes
You may request cancellation or a change to the items in your order before shipment. Once an order has shipped, use the return and exchange process above.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
